How can we help?

  • How does your software handle casual conversation?
    Our AI is able to parse out clinically relevant information from casual conversation. You do not have to worry about turning your audio recording on and off during a visit to accommodate non-clinical talk.
  • Do we have to pay for every user that downloads and uses the PupPilot app?
    Our pricing is based on a per-doctor basis, not a per-user basis. So, if you have 3 different veterinary technicians and 1 DVM who use PupPilot to capture clinical notes, you only pay for the 1 DVM user.
  • What if our vet techs do preliminary assessments and then our DVMs come in after to complete the visit?
    You can handle this in two ways. 1) You can keep a single continuous recording going to capture both the vet tech and DVM’s work. 2) You can make separate recordings, one for the vet tech portion and a second for the DMV portion of the visit, and then upload both to our AI. We’ve trained our AI to be able to combine recordings into a single SOAP note.
  • How are you different from the other AI SOAP note automation tools out there?
    We are different in a few ways. First, we offer a lower per doctor price point. Second, we allow you to create both a short-form and long-form SOAP note, depending on your preferences. Many of our users prefer to receive both types of SOAP notes.
  • What if it’s our vet techs who typically write SOAP notes?
    No problem, your vet techs are welcome to download and use the PupPilot app.
  • How long does it take to get SOAP notes back?
    Our process takes under 5 minutes to complete once we receive the audio file from your clinic. The total turnaround time depends on the internet bandwidth of the clinic and size of the audio file. In most cases, we return SOAP notes back in under 10 min total.
  • How are our SOAP notes sent back to us?
    We publish your SOAP note to your PupPilot web portal. Simply log into the web app and find the correct appointment to review your note.
  • Can we customize our SOAP notes?
    We are happy to discuss specific use cases or unique needs that your clinic has when it comes to generating SOAP notes. This conversation often happens during the onboarding process.
