PupPilot provides two-way SMS messaging services on behalf of veterinary clinics, shelters and animal care organizations. Messages sent through PupPilot are related to pet care and client communication, such as appointment reminders, care instructions, post-visit or post-adoption check-ins, and conversational messaging between clinics and pet owners.
Message frequency varies depending on user activity, service interactions, and communication needs.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from PupPilot at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message.
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from PupPilot unless you re-opt in.
