Price and what's included

PupPilot LifeLearn WebDVM
Price $100 a month per clinic plus $25 a month per location, so a single-location clinic pays $125 a month, with no activation fee. Prices start at $327 a month, for a bundle the page doesn't name. A setup fee is billed on the date of sale, with no amount published.
What's included Unlimited website management: SEO, SEO audits, GEO audits and unlimited updates, forms and hosting included. Every bundle comes with a custom-designed WebDVM website, LifeLearn's pet health content and its Live! Dashboard. Under the WebDVM terms, LifeLearn hosts the site with a third-party cloud provider.

WebDVM comes in five bundles, each adding to the one before it (WebDVM page, WebDVM terms, read October 8, 2026):

  • Get Started: the WebDVM website; ClientEd with Ask Eddie, LifeLearn's pet health education library with an AI chat that answers pet health questions; social media management, with a branded Facebook page and posted-for-you content; live chat; and the Live! Dashboard.
  • Get Ahead: adds search engine optimization, Google Business Profile updates and maintenance, and 10 local business listings.

LifeLearn and GeniusVets

LifeLearn and GeniusVets have the same parent company. In a release dated July 26, 2021, ProSites announced that it had acquired LifeLearn Animal Health (release), and LifeLearn's release of December 17, 2025 says ProSites Inc., the parent company of LifeLearn, Inc., has acquired GeniusVets (release). GeniusVets' own landing page says it is now part of LifeLearn.

Their offers, from their own pages, read October 8, 2026:

  • LifeLearn WebDVM comes in five bundles, from Get Started to Market Owner, with a starting price of $327 a month, and every bundle includes LifeLearn's client-education library.
  • GeniusVets lists four packages, Elite, Pro, Growth and Starter, with no prices on its packages page. Call tracking is listed only in the Elite package. All four list "Full Website Ownership". GeniusVets' client terms (latest update listed: June 5, 2023) limit the clinic's ownership to its "single unique site with its individual configuration", convey no ownership of the underlying software, systems or content, and say its Licensed Content will not become the clinic's property. The same terms set an initial term of 12 months.

Keeping the site current

PupPilot. You ask for a change in the chat, in plain words, and PupPilot makes it. Each change also updates the details that search engines and AI assistants read, and updates are unlimited. PupPilot answers your clinic's calls, texts and emails, so it hears the questions clients keep asking. When your site doesn't answer one, PupPilot brings it to you: you give the answer and approve the change, and PupPilot updates the site.

LifeLearn. LifeLearn's ClientEd page says its handout library is updated monthly by its team of veterinarians, editorial experts and biomedical communicators, and that practices can customize the content, brand the articles and add patient-specific notes. The higher WebDVM bundles add custom content pages: two in Competitive Edge, three in Market Leader and six in Market Owner (WebDVM page). The current WebDVM page does not describe who makes routine edits to the site or how quickly. The WebDVM terms treat work beyond the Order Form as Supplemental Services, and LifeLearn gives the clinic the additional fees before that work starts. All read October 8, 2026.

The calls a website produces

PupPilot is the clinic's phone system, so it has every call your website produces, each with its recording, transcript and summary. Calling and texting are unlimited, and calls, texts, email and fax arrive in one inbox, tied to the client and their pets. The veterinary phone system page covers the line, and the veterinary shared inbox page shows the inbox.

Method

PupPilot publishes this page and is one of the products on it. Every statement about LifeLearn and GeniusVets comes from their own pages, read October 8, 2026:

An older WebDVM page that's still online, though not in LifeLearn's menu, names two editions, Core and Plus, and says all of them include toll-free support, SSL, hosting and website security (older WebDVM page). The current WebDVM page lists five bundles, and this page follows it. Vendors change prices and features; tell us if something is out of date.
