The dataset holds the published figures — rates, shares, medians and percentiles — with, for each, the question it answers, what it measures, the sample it was computed on and what it cannot support. It holds no clinic-level or call-level records. It is regenerated at each edition and versioned by snapshot date; earlier versions remain available.
- the-veterinary-phone-line-2026.json — the figures with their metadata (question, figure, value, unit, sample, construct, cannot-support, window).
- the-veterinary-phone-line-2026.csv — the same, one row per figure.
- hour-and-weekday.csv — share of calls by clinic-local hour and by weekday, and unanswered-transfer share by hour (the series behind the charts).
- reasons.csv — the selected category shares, business hours and after hours.
- the-veterinary-phone-line-2026-first-look.pdf — the first look as a PDF, with its charts and tables.
