Contact Vetcelerator Support

Call 865-855-9493 or email Vetcelerator support. Reference your clinic name and account.

Request After-Hours Forwarding

Tell support:
"We need after-hours call forwarding on our main number [CLINIC MAIN NUMBER]. Outside of our business hours [SPECIFY HOURS], all calls should forward to [PUPPILOT NUMBER]."

Save and Test

Once support confirms the change, call your main number after-hours โ€” PupPilot should answer.
