Support-Assisted Setup

Community Phone supports time-based forwarding rules via the dashboard or mobile app. For Day Agent mode, you may need a second phone line for transfer-back.

How Community Phone Works

Community Phone is a wireless landline replacement that uses cellular networks to provide phone service without internet. The device plugs into a wall outlet and connects to existing landline phones. It has a web dashboard (the Community Phone Dashboard) with call forwarding, simultaneous ring, rollover ring, and team/shared line access. Note: full IVR/auto-attendant features may be limited โ€” check with Community Phone for current capabilities.
